Tuesday and Friday Morning Yoga in Cross Street with Sarah Perry. 43 Cross Street, London N1 2BB Top bell, top floor and follow stairs all the way to the top. This is the home of Angela and Olly, so please be mindful that this is a residential property. Angela and Olly have transformed and created what was The Crown and Anchor pub into a fantastic and uniquely styled home. They kindly offer their beautiful, light and large living space every morning to either Yoga or Pilates and in the winter we practice our yoga in front of a warm, cozy and stunning log fire. The classes will include a combination of Yin, Yang and Viniyoga Yoga – don’t worry if you don’t know what these mean, come along and you’ll soon experience the varying styles of Yoga offered. Some classes may also include some gentle breathing practices. (Pranayama). Tuesdays 8.30-9.30 am (Gentle- Moderate Dynamic Yoga) Fridays 8.30-9.30 am (Yin Yoga) Investment – £10 Pay for a block of 4 classes in advance at £40 and get the 5th class free! All levels welcome. As well as a Yoga teacher Sarah is an actor and movement coach and from time to time Sarah may be unavailable to teach a particular session, due to other work commitments. However, she shall try to give you as much notice as possible.
