FITNESS & WELLBEING CLUB

Shapes In Motion’s Fitness & Wellbeing Membership Club is open to all – all levels of experience are welcome.

The Fitness & Wellbeing Club was initiated in August 2017. Throughout the year members have met up in occasional pop up venues/parks/gyms/centres etc, bringing us together for some fun and constructive fitness and wellbeing classes and events that have aimed to complement the work we do in our creative workshop sessions and professional work.

The Club is open to all, but due to the nature of Shapes In Motion’s followers the Club may have a particular appeal for creatives: Actors, Dancers, Animators, Movement Tutors, Movement Directors, movement & health practitioners, etc. It’s a great way to mingle and network with like-minded creatives.

Past sessions have included: Yoga, Mixed Martial Arts, Pilates, Cycle/Spinning, HIIT, Climbing, Spa days, Jazz, Ballet, Aerial, Reflexology, 5 Rhythms, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Qi Gong, Hip Hop, Afrikan Yoga etc, and are held approximately once a month.

The cost for a year’s membership is only £60 and will last for 12 consecutive months (non-refundable).

Shapes In Motion promises to invite you to a minimum of 12 scheduled events per annum. The membership fee goes towards instructor fees, venue hire and basic admin costs, enabling you to take part in as many (pending space availability) or as little of these events as you wish at no extra cost. Non-members who wish to join a session may pay per event.

21st July 2019 9.30-10.30am – Yoga Flow & Quadrupedal Play with Jami Reid-Quarrell at Sadler’s Wells. (Free for Club members, £10 non-members).
