Phil will guide the group through a very simple warm up through gentle movement, playful games and physical muscle activation. Once warm he will dive into some of the basic parkour vaults, movements and techniques to understand where the group is at. There is both challenge and safety in each measured step. There is no need for any experience, the session is fully tailored to those who get nervous walking up stairs, or those looking to improve their existing skills.
Please bring comfortable sports shoes; like for running, warm layers and a bottle of water.
