This is an open level handstands and inversions class. If you have ever been curious about trying inversions or want to achieve better balance upside down, then do come along.
Tamzen will touch on strength training and shoulder stability. Inviting you try different inversions including; handstand, elbow stand, headstand and some arm balances. For the more advanced attendees Tamzen shall guide you to explore inversions incorporated with movement.
All of the exercises can be adapted and modified to work with you, your body and your experience.

About Tamzen Moulding
Tamzen is an exceptionally versatile circus artist and dancer. She has extensive performance experience and now works as a choreographer and acrobatic movement consultant. She directs work for her company Inverted, and has choreographed for LCDS.
As an assistant director/choreographer and consultant Tamzen has worked in theatre, opera and dance, her credits include Noyes Fludde co production by Stratford East and ENO, Illuminations as part of Aldeburgh Music Festival, The Jungle and Everything I see I swallow.
As a performer Tamzen has worked for The Royal Court Theatre, ENO, Royal Opera, Cirque Eloize, Upswing, Ockams Razor and Batman Live world arena tour.
