Movement Mornings -12th February 2023: In Conversation with …

Phoebe Hyder & Sarah Perry

Sunday 12th February 2022, 10-11am Online via Zoom.

Who wants to chat Movement? In particular lets talk about what its like as a creative to wear many hats: bouncing from one role to another, constantly juggling and multitasking – knowing which hat goes on and which hat must come off in any particular situation or project. Troupe member and Movement Specialist Phoebe Hyder is an Actor, MoCap Performer, Movement & Puppetry Director, Educator and so much more – sounds great, but what are the challenges with this and when may it get too much? A common creative condition I’m sure many of us can relate to. Together Phoebe and Sarah Perry: Movement Director, Yoga Therapist, Motion Capture Director, Business owner, educator …. blah blah blah you get the gist …will discuss such and offer some tools & suggestions for support and invite you to share your experiences too. How can we support one another?

We will have an hour to chat, answer your questions and dive deep in conversation. Grab a cuppa, sit comfortably and away we’ll go. Open to all budding & emerging Movement Directors, Practitioners, Performers, Creatives, Movement enthusiasts, all Movers & Makers of Movement and anyone who appreciates this constantly moving & juggling lifestyle.
