Who wants to Dance? Are you ready for some cheesy Jazz? Think fun, retro, bouncy.

Dancer, Choreographer & Actor Rosie Bell will teach a 40 minute jazz/jazzercise session to a classic 80’s banger. This session is all about having fun and letting go. It’s sure to make you feel alive, wake you up, get a good morning workout and most importantly make you smile! Leg warmers and crop tops are totally welcome. Open to all levels.

After we move we’ll make some time for your movement questions, both Rosie & Shapes in Motion founder Sarah Perry will be online to chat about Movement, our Movers & Makers Community, Dance, Choreography, Wellbeing & more. Get your Movement questions ready.

About Rosie Bell

Rosie is an Australian born, London based dancer, actor and emerging choreographer who has recently been choreographing music videos for various bands, dancing at Glyndebourne and just wrapped filming for a new Netflix TV show. One of Rosie’s creative highlights was dancing as a backup dancer for Anastacia on her European tour.

Sarah is a movement director, performance coach and motion capture director working in Film, TV, Animation and Theatre. She is the founder of Shapes in Motion.

Sarah’s recent credits include; A new 6 part TV drama for Paramount + TBA, ‘In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats’ a VR cinematic experience with East City Films, ‘His Dark Materials’ season 3 for BBC/Bad Wolf, ‘Dream’ a Live Motion Capture/Online Virtual Production for The Royal Shakespeare Company and ‘A Discovery of Witches’ Season 2 & 3 for Bad Wolf/Sky One. Other credits include Movement Coach on Jupiter Ascending directed by The Wachowskis and on Guardians of the Galaxy, directed by James Gunn.
