Sunday 24th September 2023, 2.45-5.45pm at Sadler’s Wells.

Tanztheater
In this three hour workshop we will be embodying the Tanztheater philosophy by combining authenticity and depth of thought and movement with technical precision and pervasive improvisation.
Perfect for anyone looking to finesse their interpretation of deep emotion through movement. We will use the technique as a tool to colourfully express an emotional state. Through carefully selected improvisation tasks you will also be invited to explore your creativity and experience your art and yourself on a deeper level.
This workshop is a dynamic experience, the atmosphere ranging from playful and silly to personal and authentically dramatic. A wonderful journey through emotive movement.
This workshop is open to Actors, Movers and Makers of Movement including Movement Directors, Movement teachers and Choreographers. We welcome an eclectic mix of attendees from varied movement backgrounds and interests.
