We host regular monthly workshops at the prestigious Sadler’s Wells Studios in London. Designed to provide the very best creative stimulus, training and exploratory space for actors, dancers and movements specialists alike. They are always rich in practical experience with just the right amount of challenge and stretch to coax you out of your comfort zone and invite you to play and develop with other professionals.
A Workshop with Complicite

This workshop will provide an insight into the creative processes and style unique to Complicité, you will explore movement and deep listening processes and develop sensitivity to space and sound. Complicite's Creative Associate Catherine Alexander will be leading the workshop.

DANCING THE IMPULSE: BUTOH AND THE ART OF TRANSFORMATION

In this workshop Marie will look specifically at the body giving itself over to unconscious movement. Imagery and techniques from Butoh introduce the idea of energy or forces moving through the body as well as from outside the body, using either touch or poetic images to manifest bodily transformation.
